Die spiegellose Mittelformatkamera FUJIFILM GFX 50S II ist eine 51,4-MP-Mittelformat-Systemkamera mit Fujifilm G-Mount, die mit einem Sensor ausgestattet ist, der 1,7 Mal größer ist als ein Vollformatsensor. Die maximale Auflösung beträgt 8256 x 6192. Die Sensorgröße beträgt 43,8 x 32,9 mm.
Durch die Sensorgröße hat die Kamera einen weicheren Tonwert- und Farbübergang, einen großen Dynamikbereich, mehr Bokeh, schärfere Ergebnisse und eine hohe Auflösung. Die Kamera verfügt außerdem über eine integrierte Bildstabilisierung, die sich perfekt für Aufnahmen aus der Hand eignet. Außerdem verfügt die Kamera über ein 117-Punkt-Kontrasterkennungs-AF-System, das einen schnellen und präzisen Autofokus ermöglicht. Dieses Modell verfügt nun über einen kleinen LCD-Bildschirm auf der Oberseite der Kamera, auf dem die Einstellungen und Belichtungsdaten angezeigt werden.
