Just started wanting to rent something. 2x already I wanted to rent something and was able to reserve it through the site and 2x already I got a call or had to call myself that the reserved thing was not available. When I rented something else it didn't work. Unfortunately the staff could not tell me why not. All not a good user experience. So would like more clarity per property as to where and when something is available.

Rented the Sony 200-600 mm for a day. Hit the road early. And took pictures in the polder. Top lens. Employee friendly and good service. Like to come back.

After a pleasant phone conversation. I rented the podcast set. Well packaged and a nice good set. For internal use at our office, easy to set up and easy to use. Too bad there is no invoice sent after you have to provide so much data administratively.

I was immediately called by a staff member who had a good even better alternative for me at the same price. Really enjoyed a quality camera and lens during my son's graduation party. Spot on service from budgetcam already for the second time.

The equipment was excellent. The recommended sandbags were really not necessary with the tripods chosen. Resulting in additional costs The lack of warning on the website that the Profoto flash units chosen do not have a connection for (mini) Jack plugs for external control is considered a lack of information. The website is flawed in quality. I found the deposit to be exorbitantly high.

Easy lens rental through the website , quite expensive though , fortunately I had a discount by purchasing new canon r6mark2 - and 2 lenses.
