Do you have a complaint, problem, or did something go wrong with your reservation? We are always willing to assist you and help you as best as we can.

How can I file a complaint about products or services?

If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via info@budgetcam.nl or by calling 088 6068666. Please use the email address or phone number with which you are registered with us, so we can assist you as effectively as possible.

How long does it take to receive a response to my complaint?

We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. During busier periods, this may take slightly longer. If that is the case, please don’t hesitate to call us for an update. In some cases, we may contact you in the meantime to request further information in order to handle your case. This will always be done via phone or email.

What can I do if I’m not satisfied with the resolution of my complaint?

Let us know if you’re not satisfied; we always strive to find an appropriate solution. If you’re a business customer and are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can submit it for mediation to Thuiswinkel via www.thuiswinkel.org.
