Choose your equipment
1. Add the equipment you want to rent to the shopping cart.
2. Choose in which location(s), dates and time slots you want to pick up and return the equipment.
3. Don't forget to check if you want to use the limited insurance excess and/or our delivery service.
Sign in
1. After you click reserve, choose to create a new account. Enter your e-mail with a password or sign in with Facebook or LinkedIn.
2. Then click on the confirmation link in the activation email.
3. After this, complete the application for your reservation.
Complete your account
1. If this is your first time renting from us, we would like to receive (in addition to standard documents such as ID proof) your portfolio, website, or other expressions that will give us a better picture of you as a creator. We will email you for necessary information after you complete the application.
2. In some cases a deposit may be charged for your order. The amount depends on the value of the equipment you are renting. Should this be the case, we will of course let you know.
3. After completing your account, our planners can confirm your reservation.
Confirmation & payment
1. Once your reservation is received by us, it will be processed and you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email once we have booked all equipment. In this mail you will also receive a QR code to retrieve your reservation.
2. Payment must be made in advance or during pickup. This can be done online via the payment link in your confirmation email or in the store by pin or credit card.
Pick up & returns
1. Your reservation will be ready from the indicated time. You will be notified by email if it is ready earlier.
2. Take the QR code that we sent you by email. Our staff will scan it and grab your reservation.
3. After the rental period, return the equipment within the selected time block.
