How do I become a customer?
- Place your reservation using the website.
- Our customer service will contact you to complete your registration. They will ask you for additional documents, such as a copy of a valid proof of identity.
- Then your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or by phone. The e-mail will also confirm the date, time and pick-up location of your reservation. Depending on the rented equipment, we may charge a deposit.
How does the pick-up & return work?
- You pick up and return your equipment during the timeslots listed in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation.
- You pay for your reservation before the rental period starts through iDEAL or credit card. You can also pay by debit card when picking up the equipment.
- You sign and declare that you take the equipment with you for the indicated rental period and that you approve with our terms and conditions. Then you are ready to go! We fitted our locations with testing areas. Here you can take your time to check your equipment for functionality and completeness.
How long is a rental day?
If you rent equipment from Budgetcam, you can come pick it up from 16:00 on the day before your shoot. You can return it the day after the shoot before 11:00. This counts as a single rental day.
