The Canon EF 8-15mm F/4.0 L USM fisheye lens is an ultra wide angle zoom lens. The 180° viewing angle with a focal length of 8 mm produces a circle-shaped image. This is why the lens is called a ‘fisheye’. Due to the spherical front element, this lens is incompatible with filters. The built-in filter holder is located at the back of the lens and is compatible with gel filters. This lens has a fast and precise autofocus and full-time manual focus override.

The 8-15mm by Canon has a minimum focus distance of 15 cm. The lens dimensions are 78.5 x 83 mm and it weighs 540 g.
