Canon EOS R5 body

The Canon EOS R5 Mirrorless Digital Camera is Canon's flagship system camera. The R5 has a 45 MP sensor with internal image stabilization and Canon’s Dual Pixel CMOS Autofocus II.

Its maximum resolution is 8192 x 5464. The sensor dimensions are 36 x 24 mm. The R5 has 1.053 AF points, as well as Deep Learning technology. This gives the focus improved eye, face and head (people and animals) AF detection.

The R5 can record video up to 8K raw at 30p internally, as well as 4K 120p in 4:2:2 10-bit with Canon-log color profile. It can also send a 4K 60p signal to an external recorder via HDMI.

The R5 takes photos up to 12 fps with the mechanical shutter and up to 20 fps with the electronic shutter. Finally, the R5 is dust and splashproof, has a vari-angle LCD touchscreen, CFexpress and SD UHS-II card slots.

The dimensions are 138 x 97.5 x 88 mm and it weighs 738 g.
