Relatively small and lightweight, the DZOFILM Vespid Prime FF 12mm T2.8 PL mount lens is part of DZOFilm's Vespid lens series and is well suited for independent and high-quality full-frame cinematography. The lens has a front diameter of 80 mm, allowing it to work with virtually any cinema-style matte box. The small size makes this lens an attractive option when working with drones and gimbals, as well as when shooting handheld or run-and-gun. This fully manual lens features an interchangeable ARRI PL mount and works with cameras with a PL or EF mount with the included Canon EF mount. The lens' full-frame coverage supports sensors with an image circle up to 46.5 mm for use on cameras with sensors up to full-frame without vignetting.

The 10-blade aperture creates round, blurred highlights that look more natural and contribute to the lens' natural-looking bokeh. The focus ring can be rotated 270° for precise focusing, and the aperture ring can rotate 75°. The lens has a magnetically attached rear filter for ND filters.
