The Panasonic Lumix DC-S5II is a new addition to the popular LUMIX S series. The system camera has incredible photo and video performance in an attractive, compact design. The S5II has a 24-megapixel 35mm full-frame CMOS sensor that lets in plenty of light and provides razor-sharp images. The sensor combined with the advanced image processor ensures excellent image quality for both still and video shooting.

The updated image sensor supports, for the first time in the LUMIX line, hybrid phase-detection autofocus. The new system can easily recognise subjects even in challenging conditions such as when there is low light. Once the focus is fixed, it continues to track the subject across the screen. Continuous autofocus is also available when zooming in, as well as AF micro adjustments.

The system camera has exceptional video performance similar to the LUMIX S1H. For instance, you film in 4:2:0 10-bit 6K (3:2) and 5.9K (16:9) in 30fps and 4:2:2 C4K/4K in 60fps. You easily record in High Frame Rate at up to 120fps and in slow motion at up to 180fps. You can use different colour profiles such as 14+ stop V-log and V-Gamut.
