Designed for sports, wildlife and action photography, the Sony FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS lens offers extra range to full frame E mount cameras. Like all lenses from the G series, the FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS also provides an excellent resolution and sharpness with minimal aberrations. This is in part thanks to a Super ED and two ED lens elements and a Nano AR coating. Thanks to a maximum aperture of f/4.5-5.6, the design was kept relatively compact. The addition of the Direct Drive SSM autofocus system and the Optical SteadyShot stabilization produces unprecedented performance over its full zoom range.
