The Sony PXW-FX6 Full-Frame Cinema Camera is a powerful Sony E-mount camera, ideal for cinema and ENG applications. The camera features a full-frame 35.6 x 23.8 mm CMOS sensor with an effective resolution of 12.9 megapixels and a dynamic range of 15+ stops, delivering exceptional image quality even in challenging lighting conditions.
The FX6 supports internal recording of 4K 4:2:2 10-bit up to 59.94 fps in XAVC-I and XAVC-L formats, while external 16-bit 4K RAW recording is possible via SDI to compatible recorders. With advanced autofocus and an electronic variable ND filter from 2 to 7 stops, you can capture both creative and technical shots with precision.
For audio and connectivity, the camera includes two XLR inputs, dual slots supporting CFexpress Type A or SDXC cards, 12G-SDI and HDMI outputs, offering a wide range of professional connections. The S-Cinetone Color Science delivers cinematic images straight from the camera.
