The Schoeps MiniCMIT is a compact professional shotgun microphone designed for use in film, tv and on location.

What makes this microphone special is that it allows for use in smaller spaces, without compromising on sound quality. The MiniCMIT has a low noise floor of only 14 dBa, a frequency range from 60Hz to 20kHz, low impedance of 100 Ohms and a maximum SPL of 130dB.

The microphone has a super cardioid pickup pattern, which means that the microphone mainly records sound coming from the direction it is pointed towards. In addition, the microphone has a condenser capsule, which requires phantom power, this can be 12V to 48V.

Finally the microphone only weighs 78 grams and the dimensions are 21 x 151 mm.
