Panasonic GH5 body

The Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera is the successor of the GH4 and is known as a workhorse in the video industry. The camera has a 20 Megapixel Micro Four Thirds sensor without Low Pass filter for detailed videos/photos. In addition, it has internal sensor stabilization of up to 5 stops (with native Panasonic IS lenses). The GH5 has a maximum resolution of 5184 x 3888. Its dimensions are 17.3 x 13 cm. With its 4:3 sensor, this camera is very suited for anamorphic.

The camera captures up to 4K 60p and FHD up to 180p and can even internally record 4:2:2 10-bit video up to 400mbps (when combined with the included SD cards). With all that information, you can easily apply complex color grading. In addition, the GH5 has an HDMI input for recording up to 4K 60p in 4:2:2 10-bit video in combination with external recorders like the Atomos Ninja V. The GH5 also has a 3.5mm mic input and headphone jack and articulating screen.

Other features that make this such a popular camera for filmmakers are the option to shoot with a shutter angle instead of shutter speed, zebras for overexposure, waveform and the option to connect XLR microphones using the Panasonic DMW-XLR1E microphone adapter for better audio. To top it all off, the GH5 is also dust and splashproof and you can easily shoot a full shooting day with the included batteries. The camera is powerd by DMW-BLF19 batteries by Panasonic.

The body dimensions are 138.5 x 98.1 x 87.4 mm and it weighs 725 g.
